Preamble

Like companies and vehicles, products are the base for the work with Autopoll. There are standard products pre-configured in Autopoll, which can be customized due to the needs of each customer.

Master data/files

Number: unique product number

Description: unique product description

Short Descr.: unique product short description

Abbreviation: unique abbreviation, for the display at some card readers (max. 4 letters)

Product Type: product type, q.v. import fillings

Unit: quantity unit of the product

Co2-Faktor: This value is needed for the tool "fleet". Details under fleet

Export Code: This value can be used when exporting fillings. Details under export fillings

Analysing group: This configuration value is needed for the vehicle comsumption report. Details under consumption report

Ausdehnungsk.: This value is needed for the tool "temperature compensation". Details under temperature compensation

Decimals Volume / Price / Value: decimal place for volume, price and value/amount

Display of all the price lists, in which the product is included. Details under price list
